Step inside and you will discover an interior in the unpretentious French bistro-style: all the warmth and charm you could desire! The restaurant offers around 100 seats split between the ground and first floors. Outside on the sunny terrace there are just over 50 front-row seats and we can pamper private party groups of up to 26 persons in the “Bundesrats-Sääli”. You can of course also make advance bookings for special events with larger groups of up to 100 persons! (see “Events”)

Since spring 1999, we have endeavoured to be a dependable mainstay of the Bern gastronomic scene for our guests. At the same time, we have never lost sight of the importance of developing our products in terms of their quality and originality. Our speciality of the house, the entrecôte “Café de Paris” is no longer an insider tip but has become renowned beyond our region. All of our products are chosen with care: vegetables and salads come from the “Berner Wochenmärit” market, the potatoes for our home-made “Pommes allumettes” are personally delivered to us by the farmer in person and the meat is all Swiss “Natura Beef”.
